NH2

Cluster-typed magnetic silica particles (sicastar®-M-CT) with amino groups on the surface and a mean diameter of 6 microns are available for the covalent binding of proteins, antibodies or other molecules.
The particles are stable in aqueous and in organic media and allow the binding of water-soluble molecules as well as of molecules, that are only soluble in organic solvents. The functionalized particles are supplied in water.
