Plain

micromer®-Partikel mit der Oberfläche „plain“ haben keine zusätzliche Oberflächenbeschichtung oder funktionelle Gruppen auf der Oberfläche. Sie werden durch radikalische Polymerisation hergestellt und besitzen Spuren von negativ geladenen Sulfatgruppen auf der Oberfläche. Sie werden ohne weitere Modifikation für verschiedene Anwendungen, z. B. in Latex-Agglutinationstests oder in verschiedensten Immunoassays genutzt. Sie dienen auch als Größenmaßstab bei der mikroskopischen Darstellung von Zellen, Bakterien oder anderen Objekten. Die „plain“ micromer®-Partikel sind im Größenbereich von 25 nm bis 10 µm erhältlich.
