Polymilchsäure-Partikel (PLA-Partikel)

PLA-Partikel bestehen aus Poly(D,L-milchsäure) mit einer Molmasse von 17.000 Da. Sie sind mit Durchmessern von 250 nm und 500 nm in schmalen Größenverteilungen und mit Hauptdurchmessern von 30 µm und 100 µm in breiteren Größenverteilungen erhältlich. Die PLA-Partikel werden ohne Oberflächenfunktionalisierung (plain) oder mit COOH-Gruppen auf der Oberfläche angeboten.
