Polystyrol- oder Polymethacrylatpartikel (micromer®)

  • sind monodisperse Partikel aus Polystyrol, substituierten Polystyrolen, Polystyrol-copolymeren, Polymethacrylat-Derivaten oder entsprechenden vernetzten Polymeren,
  • sind als Standardprodukte im Größenbereich von 25 nm bis 50 µm erhältlich,
  • sind erhältlich mit den Oberflächenfunktionalitäten NH2 und COOH für die kovalente Bindung von Proteinen, Antikörpern oder anderen Molekülen,
  • werden mit den Durchmessern von 10 µm und 20 µm mit einer DBCO-(Dibenzocyclooctin)-Oberfläche für die Bindung azid-modifizierter Moleküle angeboten,
  • werden mit kovalent gebundenen Proteinen (Avidin, Streptavidin, Protein A) oder mit Kollagen auf der Oberfläche angeboten.
