micromer®-Partikel sind im gesamten Größenbereich von 25 nm bis 100 µm mit Carbonsäuregruppen erhältlich. Die Partikel sind in wässrigen Medien und in bestimmtem Maße auch in DMSO stabil. Die Partikel werden in Wasser ohne Zusatz von Detergenzien geliefert. So können die verschiedenen Methoden zur kovalenten Bindung von Proteinen, Antikörpern oder anderen Zielmolekülen direkt angewendet werden, z. B. die Carbodiimid-Aktivierung von COOH-Gruppen zur Konjugation an Aminogruppen (siehe Technote 200).
