COOH

sicastar®-Partikel sind mit Carbonsäuregruppen (COOH) auf der Oberfläche im Größenbereich von 50 nm bis 20 µm erhältlich. Zur kovalenten Bindung von Proteinen, Antikörpern oder anderen Zielmolekülen kann z. B. die  Carbodiimid-Aktivierung von COOH-Gruppen zur Konjugation an Aminogruppen verwendet werden (siehe Technote 200).
Die Partikel werden als Suspension in Wasser ohne Zusatz von Detergenzien geliefert.
