Polymilchsäurepartikel (PLA particles) mit der Oberfläche „plain“ bestehen aus Poly(D,L-milchsäure) mit einer Molmasse von 17.000 D. Sie sind mit Durchmessern von 250 nm und 500 nm in schmalen Größenverteilungen und mit Hauptdurchmessern von 30 µm und 100 µm in breiteren Größenverteilungen erhältlich. Die Partikel werden als Suspension in Wasser ohne Zusatz von Detergenzien geliefert.
