Sicastar®-M particles with a diameter of 1.5 µm are provided with covalently bound  protein A on the surface. Protein A coated particles pick up and orient IgGs from a mixture of species. 
The protein A coated particles are supplied in PBS buffer (pH=7.4) with 0.02 % sodium azide.
