Protein A

nanomag®-D-spio particles with diameters of 20 nm, 50 nm and 100 nm are provided with covalently bound protein A on the surface. Protein A coated particles pick up and orient IgGs from a mixture of species. The nanomag®-D-spio-particles cannot be separated with conventional permanent magnets, but in a high gradient magnetic field. The protein coated particles are supplied in PBS buffer (pH=7.4) with 0.02 % sodium azide.
