PEG-COOH

nanomag®-D-spio particles with diameters of 20 nm, 50 nm and 100 nm are designed with PEG-COOH groups on the surface for the covalent binding of proteins, antibodies or other molecules, e.g. by carbodiimide chemistry (see technote 200). The nanomag®-D-spio-particles cannot be separated with conventional permanent magnets, but in a high gradient magnetic field. The functionalized nanomag®-D particles are supplied in water without any surfactants.
