sicastar®-M-CT

Clusterförmige magnetische Silikatpartikel (sicastar®-M-CT)

  • bestehen aus Aggregaten im Größenbereich von 3 – 30 µm mit einem Hauptdurchmesser von 6 µm,
  • werden durch Hydrolyse von ortho-Silikaten in Gegenwart von Magnetit hergestellt,
  • zeigen eine homogene Verteilung von Magnetit in der Silikatmatrix durch die spezielle Herstellungsmethode,
  • haben eine hydrophile Oberfläche mit terminalen Si-OH-Gruppen,
  • können einfach auch in hoch viskosen Medien mit konventionellen Permanentmagneten separiert werden,
  • sind sehr stabil in organischen Medien und bei hohen Temperaturen,
  • sind erhältlich mit den Oberflächenfunktionalitäten OH (plain), NH2, COOH und epoxy für die kovalente Bindung von Proteinen, Antikörpern oder anderen Molekülen,
  • werden mit Nitrilotriessigsäure (NTA) oder dem Nickel-(II)-Komplex der Nitrilotriessigsäure (Ni-NTA) für die Bindung von Histidin-gelabelten Proteinen angeboten.
