micromer®-F
Fluoreszente Polystyrol/Polymethacrylat-Partikel (micromer®-F)
- sind monodisperse Partikel aus Polystyrol, substituierten Polystyrolen, Polystyrol-copolymeren oder Polymethacrylat-Derivaten,
- sind erhältlich mit Carbonsäuregruppen (COOH) und Aminogruppen (NH2) auf der Partikeloberfläche für die kovalente Bindung von Proteinen, Antikörpern oder anderen Molekülen,
- werden mit roter (micromer®-redF) und grüner (micromer®-greenF) Fluoreszenz angeboten,
- sind mit Streptavidin auf der Oberfläche für die Bindung biotinylierter Moleküle erhältlich.
