streptavidin

BNF-Dextran-F or BNF-Starch-F particles are available with streptavidin on the surface for the binding of biotinylated molecules. The matrix of the protein coated particles consists of crosslinked dextran or hydroxyethyl starch. The particles can be separated with conventional permanent magnets. The BNF-redF particles have a red fluorescence (excitation: 552 nm, emission: 580 nm). The BNF-far redF particles have a far-red fluorescence (excitation: 732 nm, emission: 758 nm). They are supplied in PBS buffer (pH=7.4, 0.02% sodium azide) without any surfactants.
