DBCO

micromer® particles with a DBCO-(Dibenzocyclooctyne)-functionalized surface are available with diameters of 10 and 20 µm and are well-suited for the copper-free or strain promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) under physiological conditions. Thus, azido-modified biomolecules can be efficiently bound and separated under mild centrifugation parameters. The particles are supplied in water without any surfactants.
