micromer® particles are available with a hydrophobic octyl (C8) surface in the size range of 1 µm to 12 µm. This hydrophobic surface provides a high selectivity for polar, neutral and moderately nonpolar pharmaceuticals, natural products, food additives, organic chemicals and biologicals.
The particles are supplied in water without any surfactants.
