Fluorescent synomag®-CLD particles consist of a matrix of crosslinked dextran and are available with amino groups on the surface for the covalent binding of proteins, antibodies or other molecules. They are available with hydrodynamic diameters of 50 nm and 70 nm, and cannot be separated with conventional permanent magnets but in a high gradient magnetic field. The synomag®-CLD-redF particles have a red fluorescence (excitation: 552 nm, emission: 580 nm). The synomag®-CLD-far redF particles have a far-red fluorescence (excitation: 732 nm, emission: 758 nm). They are supplied in PBS buffer (pH = 7.4) without any surfactants.
