plain
Plain magnetic red-fluorescent crosslinked dextran nanoparticles (nanomag®-CLD-redF) particles have a surface of crosslinked dextran without any special functional groups. They have a red fluorescence with an excitation at 552 nm and an emission at 580 nm. They are available with a particle diameter of 300 nm and 500 nm for separation with a conventional permanent magnet. The particles are supplied in PBS buffer (pH=7.4) without any surfactants.
