NH2

Fluorescent polystyrene / polymethacrylate particles (micromer®-F) are available with amino groups (NH2) on the particle surface for the covalent binding of proteins, antibodies or other molecules. They are available as micromer®-redF (excitation: 552 nm, emission: 580 nm) or as micromer®-greenF (excitation: 475 nm, emission: 510 nm) each with diameters of 25 nm (polymethacrylate matrix), 50 nm, 100 nm and 250 nm (polystyrene matrix).
All particles contain encapsulated fluorophores and are supplied in aqueous suspension without any surfactants.
