COOH

Fluorescent polystyrene / polymethacrylate particles (micromer®-F) are available with carboxylic acid groups (COOH) on the particle surface for the covalent binding of proteins, antibodies or other molecules. They are available as micromer®-redF (excitation: 552 nm, emission: 580 nm) or as micromer®-greenF (excitation: 475 nm, emission: 510 nm) each with diameters of 25 nm (polymethacrylate matrix), 50 nm, 100 nm and 250 nm (polystyrene matrix). Furthermore carboxylated micromer®-redF microparticles are available with diameters of 3 µm, 4 µm, 5 µm and 6 µm (polystyrene matrix).
All particles contain encapsulated fluorophores and are supplied in aqueous suspension without any surfactants.
