These monodisperse polymer particles with a mean particle diameter of about 300 nm and a very high density of iminodiacetic acid (IDA)-groupswere amino functionalized and contain a high density of amino groups for  further individual surface modifications.
The IDA-latex particles are supplied in water without any surfactants.
