COOH

micromer®-M-Partikel sind im gesamten Größenbereich von 2 µm bis 10 µm mit COOH-Gruppen auf der Oberfläche erhältlich. Die Partikel sind in wässrigen Medien und in bestimmtem Maße auch in DMSO stabil. Sie werden in Wasser ohne Zusatz von Detergenzien geliefert. So können die Partikel direkt zur kovalenten Bindung von Proteinen, Antikörpern oder anderen Zielmolekülen z. B. nach Carbodiimid-Aktivierung der COOH-Gruppen eingesetzt werden (siehe Technote 200).
