protein A

nanomag®-D particles with diameters of 130 nm, 250 nm and 500 nm are provided with covalently bound protein A on the surface. Protein A coated particles pick up and orient IgGs from a mixture of species. The protein coated particles can be separated with permanent magnets and are supplied in PBS buffer (pH=7.4) with 0.02 % sodium azide.
