COOH

micromer®-M particles are designed with COOH groups in the whole size range of 2 µm to 10 µm. The particles are stable in aqueous media and to some extend in DMSO. They are supplied in water without any surfactants. Thus the particles can be directly applied for the covalent binding of proteins, antibodies or other target molecules, e.g. after carbodiimide activation of the COOH groups (see Technote 200).
